Welcome to an amazing beachfront home located on a quiet street on Topsail Island.

The home was recently remodeled with granite kitchen counters and custom tile backsplash, new flooring throughout and many extras including 4 Roku streaming TVs. This is a two-level townhome with an oceanfront desk off each level. There are ocean views from all 4 bedrooms! Our private beach access is directly from the decks to the sand! The views are first-class, and we have guests reporting dolphin sightings during all seasons! Our location is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the fishing pier, ice cream, smoothies, yoga, surf shops, and live music.

The top floor has a king bed with attached full bath. The kitchen and family room are an open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling. We have seating for 10 at the table and peninsula counter. There is a 1./2 bath off the family room as well.

The first floor has a queen bed with attached full bath and its own oceanfront deck! There is also a second queen bedroom and 4th bedroom with full-over-full bunkbeds. This level has a third bathroom and full washer/dryer laundry closet near the main entry as well.

Each deck has comfortable polywood chairs for your enjoyment. You can sit in the sun or shade while enjoying the breathtaking ocean views. Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play stored for your convenience.

This home is pet-friendly! Tell us about your furry family member, and after approval, your dog is welcome to join on your trip to paradise. For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, we don’t allow dogs on beds or furniture at any time. We want all our guests to enjoy this fabulous home!
