We’re four families with a shared dream.

Our guests tell us that Coral Reef is a beachfront property that feels like home… Well that’s because it’s owned and managed by four families! Brought together by our friends at Plum Co-Ownership, we were once strangers with the same dream - having a beachfront property to serve as a vacation home for our kids (and grandkids) that we could visit year after year, and a family- and pet-friendly rental for the summer season. What would’ve been difficult for each of us individually was made easier by joining together to make our collective dream come true.

We were “friends that hadn’t met yet” until we were matched together via Plum, and since then, we’ve had the pleasure of working together as a team to make Coral Reef a modern, comfortable, well-equipped, and relaxing home for us and all our guests. We take the opportunity to update the house with every trip out to Topsail Island, so keep coming back to see how things continue to improve!

Each family contributes to running and managing the home, but Hope (pictured third from the right) is your Superhost extraordinaire! She takes great pride in making sure every guest is taken care of and has an amazing beach vacation.
